1 package yellow cake mix
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix (small box)
4 eggs
1/4 cup Galliano (purchase at liquor store)
1/4 cup vodka
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup orange juice
Optional: chopped strawberries & blueberries

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bundt pan. Mix together all the ingredients with an electric mixer..
2 Pour batter into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (check if done by inserting skewer). Sometimes it needs 5 more minutes. Remove from oven to cool.
3 Once cooled, turn the bundt pan over onto a platter and tap the cake out. Sprinkle top with confectionary sugar. If desired, this can also be served with fresh whipped cream and berries.
