Ingredients List

½ cup rolled old fashioned oats
½ cup almond milk
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 Tablespoon sweetener either honey or maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1Place all the ingredients into a large glass container and mix until well combined. Cover the glass container with a lid or plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator overnight. 

2Optional add ins: 3T chia seeds, 1/3 cup pumpkin, pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg, seeds, nuts, raisins, berries, almond butter.
